We are a locally owned butcher shop trying to make it easy for folks to know where their meat comes from, while utilizing as much of every animal as possible. We offer wild game processing, custom cut beef, pork, and domestic livestock processing, as well as retail sale of USDA inspected product sourced from local ranches.
