Zoonotic Disease Risks & Livestock Workers

Zoonotic diseases, those diseases that can spread between people and animals, pose a threat to livestock products and worker health. This presentation will introduce disease exposure risks of people on livestock operations, highlight basic biosecurity procedures, and discuss training strategies and resources to enhance worker compliance with biosecurity protocols.
